  First the waiter did not bring out my drinks until we asked him four times over 15 minutes. Then he brought me out a fork with my soup. Then the service got much, much worse.
  
  The waiter was so rude. I asked for refills multiple times during my meal. Then after I got my bill I was overcharged. I paid cash. He brought my bill back and put all the money on the table in front of my table. And counted it out in front of the 6 other people at my table. And he told me it was not enough. Then he brought back change that was in addition of the 18% tip that I paid because of his error and did not refill my water even though I asked.
  
  He also brought my fathers meal out 4 minutes after our other friends and brought my meal out 11minutes after our other friends.
  
  I have never had service so awful.
  
  The clam chowder was OK. The daily special Halibut was runny. Smothered in sauce and not warm.
  
  My waiter was sitting down talking to a customer loudly. The manager of Blue Sky Cafe needs to train the waiters better. It was awful. I would strongly recommend other restaurants in the area.
  
  There was only one other person in the restaurant besides us and I think this waiter may be the reason why, as around the 4th of July are very busy tourist days.

  Had both chowder and lobster bisque, both are good rich creamy. Also had clam linguine, was good. Liked the herbal tea served with Honey lemon, and Riesling. The waiter had a bandage from skateboarding on his ear, apparently took a bit off but still out working. Nice vibe and nice size, not huge echo with kids like other places.
